Geoff Ballotti is the president and chief executive officer of Wyndham Hotel s & Resorts, the world’s largest and most diverse hotel company with approximately 7,540 hotels and 650,200 rooms in 71 countries. He is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, operation, growth and performance.

Previously, Ballotti served six years as president and chief executive officer of Wyndham Exchange & Rentals where he oversaw a network of renowned accommodation brands serving over 3.7 million RCI® timeshare owners and millions of annual vacation renters.

Prior to joining the Wyndham Worldwide family of companies (NYSE:WYN), Ballotti spent 20 years in various leadership positions at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide.  Previously, he was a Banking Officer in the commercial Real Estate Group at the Bank of New England.
Ballotti has served on the board of directors for Christel House International and the Executive Committee of the American Resort & Development Association.  He is active on the CEO Council of the American Hotel & Lodging Association and the U.S. Travel Association’s CEO Roundtable.  He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University at Colby College and a master’s degree from Harvard University.
